What information will I need to provide to apply for a business credit card?
Applying for a U.S. bank business credit card is quick and easy. In addition to questions about yourself such as your name, address, date of birth, Social Security number/ITIN and personal income, you’ll be asked questions about your business. It should only take a few minutes to complete your application, but please make sure you have the following business information available before you start.
Business structure (examples; Sole-Proprietorship, Corporation, Partnership, etc.)
- Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Legal business name
- Country business was formed in
- Year business started
- Business physical mailing address
- Business gross annual revenue
- Industry type (you’ll select from a key-word search list)
Co-owners – Also known as beneficial owners, these are individuals other than potentially yourself who have at least 25% controlling and/or financial interest in the business. We use this information to verify their identity, but it will not affect their credit.

Is there a limit on the total amount of cash back I can earn on the U.S. Bank Triple Cash Rewards Visa Business Card?
There is no limit on the total amount of cash back cardmembers can earn.
Does the cash back earned on the U.S. Bank Business Cash Rewards credit card ever expire?
Cash back does not expire, but you will lose all cash back earned if your account is closed for any reason.
How do I redeem for cash back and what redemption options does the U.S. Bank Business Cash Rewards credit card offer?
Cardmembers can conveniently redeem their cash back by logging into their online account. Cash back can be redeemed in the form of a statement credit or deposit to a U.S. Bank checking, savings or money market account. U.S. Bank reward cards are also available.
Does the U.S. Bank Business Triple Cash Rewards credit card have an annual Fee?
There is no annual fee and employee credit cards are free.

Is my U.S. Bank Triple Cash Rewards Visa® Business Card eligible for Real-Time Rewards?
Yes. Your U.S. Bank Triple Cash Rewards Visa® Business Card is eligible for Real Time Rewards - a redemption method that enables you to instantly turn your business purchases into rewards. Your mobile device can be used to immediately redeem cash rewards earned on your U.S. Bank card in the form of a credit to your monthly billing statement.
How do I use Real-Time Rewards with my U.S. Bank Triple Cash Rewards Visa® Business Card?
Once enrolled, redemption is quick and easy. Make a purchase on your Triple Cash Rewards card, and you will receive a text with the option to redeem cash rewards toward that purchase. Reply ‘REDEEM’ to complete the redemption.
You must have enough cash rewards to cover the entire purchase in order to receive the text message to redeem. Your cash rewards will be deducted from your cash rewards balance and redeemed in the form of a credit to your monthly billing statement. See Program Rules for additional details.
What is U.S. Bank ExtendPay®?
U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plans provide a payment option that allows you to divide eligible credit card purchases into affordable monthly payments with no interest* – just a fixed monthly fee.
How will I know if I am eligible for an ExtendPay Plan?
If your credit card account is eligible for an ExtendPay Plan, you’ll receive a notification via email, or you’ll see ExtendPay Plan options when viewing your card account details or eligible transactions online. The only purchases eligible for an ExtendPay Plan are those that were made within 60 days prior to signing up for ExtendPay, are over $100, and are less than your purchase balance when you sign up for ExtendPay.
ExtendPay Plan eligibility may change based on your credit card account activity.
Can business cardmembers use ExtendPay?
If your business card account is eligible for an ExtendPay Plan, you’ll receive an email notification, or you’ll see ExtendPay Plan options in your account online. Only your company’s Authorized Officers (AO) can enroll in an ExtendPay Plan. If your company’s card program is set up with central billing, ExtendPay eligible transactions can be selected by the AO when viewing the central billing account (which includes transactions made on employee cards). For companies with individual billing, the AO can only select transactions they made on their own card account.
