You may cancel a balance transfer request within 10 days of account opening by calling 800-285-8585. After 10 days from account opening, requests to stop payment on Balance Transfer Check(s) issued by U.S. Bank shall not be honored unless the check(s) has been stolen, lost or destroyed.
