Annual fee is $0. Foreign Transaction fee is 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in U.S. Dollars. 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in a Foreign Currency. Split Card Plan fee: A monthly fee not to exceed 1.5% of the original principal amount in a Split™ Card Plan for plans 6 months or longer. This fixed fee is disclosed upon enrollment and charged each month that you owe the applicable Plan balance. When you make a payment, the amount up to your Minimum Payment is applied to any Late Fees, Returned Payment Fees and Foreign Transaction Fees that may apply, then in the manner we choose, in compliance with applicable law. If you pay more than your Minimum Payment and do not direct how the payment should be applied, the amount over the Minimum Payment is applied in the manner we choose, in compliance with applicable law.
