In order to be eligible to receive an annual $50 statement credit, you must use your U.S. Bank Business Shield™ Visa® Card to make at least $5,000 in total qualified Purchased Travel that is posted to your Account within each 12-month period using the Purchase Travel Link in the Rewards Center. The annual period starts on the date the Account is opened and starts over on the anniversary of your Account opening date. The date that a transaction is made may not be the same date that a transaction posts to your Account, and we cannot control when a merchant submits a transaction to be posted to your Account. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse any portion or all of any travel statement credit for unauthorized purchases or transaction credits.
